Spice Rack was founded by Rachael McCrary, one of the world’s most celebrated lingerie designers, with over 25 years of experience. McCrary is more than a designer; she is a seasoned entrepreneur and activist who is committed to leveling the playing field for women, both in work and in life. Spice Rack is a division of Spice World Ventures Inc. 

Vision

We have created a brand that places women in the driver's seat of their identity. We are no longer willing to allow male-dominated corporations to tell us how to act, what to wear, and what to say. Spice Rack is an invitation to all women and people who not only love lingerie, but also know that undergarments are essential to silhouette, energy, and winning.  By challenging outdated standards, we have created a space where inclusivity, rebellion, and radical self-acceptance are the norm, not the niche.
