Spice Rack was founded by Rachael McCrary, one of the world’s most celebrated lingerie designers, with over 25 years of experience. McCrary is more than a designer; she is a seasoned entrepreneur and activist who is committed to leveling the playing field for women, both in work and in life. She has worked with some of the world’s most successful brands, celebrities and department stores and shops around the world. A fierce entrepreneur, leader, and investor favorite, McCrary has won 100 pitch competitions, raised millions, and serves as a trusted advisor and board member for startups and emerging brands. A Hindu philosopher and certified EMT, McCrary’s dedication to caring for others - mind, body, and soul guides all of her decisions.
